One staff member even got my son a gift when we were leaving which was a sweet surprise.

Last week my baby and i had to spend two nights and three days in a cold room just because they refused to turn on the heat in the room.and even when i called at night for an extra blnket the receptionist was extremely bothered and rude. Not to mention the basic menu or the complete absence of any form of entetainement the hotel holds no value for human well being. During my first visit in the summer i spent the night in a room reeking of the smell of paint AND I WAS PREGNANT AND THEY KNEW eventhough there were other available rooms and because the first one was infested with cockroaches. Im never coming back to that hotel.
