You want to play the online Ragnarok, except offline and only by yourself right? Your going to have to learn how to set up the latest Renewal Ragnarok server (Google a guide, there are a few), but you get to skip the steps where you have to change any i.p address (leave it default 127.0.0.1).

You can download the latest pre-compiled renewal server files here: It isn't too difficult actually, you don't need any knowledge of coding or anything, just need to be good in following instructions.
